This is a portrait of my father in law's friends' dog, Bobby.

P.S. I also wanted to say that although I didn't make it to 150 paintings last year, I still did much, much more oil painting than I otherwise would have. For that, I'm really glad I started the blog. I still intend to get to 150, and then keep going. :)

I found it really hard to paint this snow, I don't know if it is because it was overcast/dusk. It seems like on a sunny day, it's easier to see the colours. If anyone has any tips on snow painting, I'd love to hear it!
